I know there are lot of us out there that do not upgrade their PC regularly ie. yearly. But those of us out there with older computers try and drag out the upgrading process on their older rigs. I am sure a lot of individuals out there want to watch HD content on their machines only to find out that they stutter their way into oblivion.

For those out there who seen that I just started working with the site again, I have a new guide available for you.
PS3 Media Server seems to be a blessing for us all. Supposedly it even works with MKV files. I haven’t tried it yet, but report in if it does work.

I stumbled up on a new media server that is java based and seems very promising for those of you who want to try something different. On a side note, I need to update a few of the tutorials as they are outdated as well as add a few thing concerning recent updates. Boy oh boy am I behind.

Looks like it is time to update your version of PlayOn if you haven’t done so already. They keep dropping down the trial period. It now sits at 21 days after you run the install if you just got into the beta. Other changes noted are for performance, bug fixes, and a few other minor things.
